Svarga Pabean Villas, A cluster of eight villas in Pabean Beach, Ketewel has vacancy for the following position:
VILLA SUPERVISOR/MANAGER
Responsibility
- Manage long term guests and tenants needs
- Enhance villa experience and improvements
- Manage operation staff of both inhouse and outsource team
- Coordinate and manage vendors for regular villa maintenance and repairs
- Manage villa condition, inventory check list, etc
Requirements
- Fluent in English, good communication skills
- Discipline, detail oriented and responsible
- 5 years prior experience in villa operation
- Able to drive car is prefered
