QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum three or more years experiences working in related role at luxury lifestyle brand.
  • Strong knowledge of safety and security procedures, emergency response, and investigative techniques. Holds a valid GADA Utama certification (1).
  • Detail-oriented with solid experience in managing housekeeping teams, ensuring cleanliness and maintaining high luxury service standards (2).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with proven experience in managing front office operations and guest relations (3, 4).
  • Strong brand storytelling and digital marketing strategy experience (5).
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives in the luxury hospitality industry (6, 7).
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law, recruitment strategies, and employee relations (8).
  • Strong knowledge of plants, soils, irrigation systems, and pest control (9).
  • Proficient in pricing strategy, forecasting, distribution channel management and strong analytical thinking (10).
  • Good understanding of purchasing, receiving, and cost control processes (12, 13, 14).
  • Deep knowledge of meat preparation, portioning and efficient knife skills and butchering techniques (13).
  • Knowledge of healing therapies, spa treatments, beauty products, wellness traditions (27, 28).
  • Familiar with OPERA System (2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 19), Micros Symphony (22, 23, 24) and Microsoft Office application literacy.
  • Good English literate, both written and oral.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, energetic and positive individual.
  • Good command of English.
