Qualifications
- Educational background appropriate for the position being applied; Fresh Graduate Welcome
- Have experience in the field at least 1-2 years at Villa, Hotel, etc (4)
- Well spoken and written in English (1,4)
- Providing personalized service to guest (1,2)
- Having a deep knowledge of all product Spa (1,2)
- Knowledge of Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and their workings (4)
- Basic data analytics skills to interpret and act on performance data (4)
- Creatively and innovatively in developing strategies (4)
- Familiar with VHP (1,4)
- Familiar with PMS (4)
- Strong detail, technical, energetic and time management
- Good attitude and ethical learning
- Able join immediately
Benefit (5):
- Cross side position (after 3 months) for a 6 month training period, monthly allowance, certificate and BPJS TK coverage during the training period
