We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager position to lead and optimize our online sales and distribution channels. This position will be responsible to drive guest experience in Food & Beverage, wellness, and enhance our connection with offline agencies.
*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry (F&B, SPA & Offline Agency)
- Excellent English and communication skills (a must)
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Customer-focused, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Willingness to be placed at any Manguning Hotels property (Ubud, Canggu, Kintamani, and other locations).
- Property Supervisor
*Job Overview:*
Property supervisor at Loji is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and guest services of one or multiple villas. This role ensures the property meets high standars of cleanliness, functionality, and customer satisfaction while maintaining an efficient and well-coordinated team.
*Qualifications:*
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management, property management, or a related field (preferred)
- Fluent in English
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within property management, hospitality, or a similar industry
- Knowledge of local property regulation, safety protocols, and guest service standards
- Having experience as front office, housekeeping, and F&B service
- Willing to do property visit around Bali
