Karmagali Boutique Suites, a luxury hotel & private villa in Sanur who provide a high level of quality and service to his customers.
We are looking for 1 butler for night and day shift , male. 1 year experience in similar positions at the same field
Relation ship with guests
- check-in process / front desk. Hosts and welcome all guests in a gracious and polite manner
- Takes care of the guest’s requests and liaise with respective departments: laundry, wake up call, spa bookings, concierge and any special requests etc. Follows all the guest needs until they are completed to the total guest satisfaction
Organisation with staff
- Support the other departments such as Front Desk, Housekeeping and Room service with their duties.
- Fully aware of operating procedures for all electrical and electronic equipment in the guest room
Behavior
- Good English, and to have the ability to hold a conversation with the guest in a natural and spontaneous manner.
- Organized, highly motivated , good attitude behavior and discipline
- Able to work hard under pressure to meet deadlines in good coordination with others staffs
- Attention to details
- Honest, Self motivated, pleasant personality
