We are looking for professional individual to fill these following positions :
- Resident Manager
General Requirements :
- At least Bachelor degree in Business management, tourism or any field.
- At least 2 year experience as Resident Manager/Hotel Manager or high level operations role.
- Strong result oriented, people management, and leadership skills.
- Strong organization skills, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage in a competitive environment and complex relationships.
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
- Hardworking, positive attitude, proactive, enthusiastic and attention to details.
- Strong focus on providing excellent guest service and ensuring guest satisfactions.
- Able to join immediately.
