We are currently recruiting:

Senior Sales Manager and E-Commerce

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Financial Controller to develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team, ensuring recruitment, training, and mentorship align with organizational goals.
  • Set realistic, measurable targets for the sales team, crafting both short-term actions and long-term plans for revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to adapt strategies and maintain competitive edge.
  • Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities to anticipate shifts and plan proactive strategies.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making processes and tailor sales approaches to market needs.
  • Work closely with product development teams to ensure that offerings are strategically aligned with market demands and company goals.
  • Explore new market opportunities for existing and potential products or services.
  • Actively engage with potential clients through sales calls, securing appointments to present and sell the brand’s services, programs, retreats, and events.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with key travel partners including DMCs, wholesalers, and travel agents, ensuring effective collaboration and maximization of revenue opportunities.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and external marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and forge strategic alliances.
  • Maintain and expand the customer database using appropriate sales tools and platforms, ensuring effective integration and utilization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years in sales roles with international hospitality brands, with a proven track record in a comparable senior role within the hospitality or wellness industry, indicating a deep understanding of this niche market.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to mentor, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building strong relationships and effective networking.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, evidenced by a history of proactive initiative and consistent success in a collaborative environment.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office, CRM, and various sales management software, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations.
