Cost Control (Staff)
Job Description:
- Monitor and control costs across all hotel departments.
- Analyze financial data, expenses, and budget variances.
- Ensure cost efficiency in purchasing and inventory management.
- Conduct regular audits of food, beverage, and general supplies.
- Collaborate with purchasing and finance teams to optimize spending.
- Generate cost reports and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and financial regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cost control, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiar with the VHP system.
Guest Service Agent (Staff)
Job Description:
- Greet and welcome guests professionally.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous manner.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
- Previous experience in front office or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages such as Chinese, French, Korean, or Hindi are a plus).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with VHP is an advantage.
Guest Service Agent (Daily Worker)
Job Description:
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide general information about the hotel and local attractions.
- Support full-time staff in handling guest requests and complaints.
- Assist with front desk administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure a high level of customer service.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or relevant experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations.
- Good communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with VHP is an advantage.
Waiter (Staff)
Job Description:
- Greet and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Assist with table setting, refilling beverages, and clearing tables.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma; hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous experience in F&B service or hospitality is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with VHP is an advantage.
Waiter (Daily Worker)
Job Description:
- Assist in serving food and beverages to guests.
- Support staff in setting up tables, refilling drinks, and clearing dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests.
- Assist in food running and order delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in F&B service is a plus but not required.
- Basic knowledge of hospitality and customer service.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with VHP is an advantage.
Cook (DW – Daily Worker)
Job Description:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking as per hotel standards.
- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in food quality.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Assist in inventory checks and proper food storage.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to meet service demands.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary training is preferred.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
