Front Desk Agent (Male)
Requirements:
- Night audit preferred experience
- Minimum 1 years of experience in front office or guest services roles
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Well groomed, pleasant personality and hospitality oriented.
- Proficient in front office operations, including reservation systems and check-in/check-out procedures.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
