Tribal is Bali’s first custom-designed Coworking Hostel, opened in 2021, located in Pererenan (Canggu). We serve an incredible Community of 100+ Digital Nomads, Remote Workers, Entrepreneurs and Adventurers every single day, and we provide a unique space for our Community to Work, Play, Stay and Succeed together. In 2023, we were voted the World’s Best Coworking Hostel by Hostelworld, and we want to get even better as we look to grow and expand the Tribal brand all over the world!
Community is at the absolute heart of everything we do at Tribal, so we are looking to invest in our very own in-house ‘Community Team’ – made up of Community, Branding, Marketing and Social Media – so that we can better serve the needs of our existing Community and better communicate our story to potential Guests all over the world.
We are actively recruiting for the following full-time Roles, starting ASAP:
- Community Manager.
- Content Creator (Video/Photo, Graphics).
- Social Media Specialist.
Community Manager
The go-to person for our entire Community, this is a big job!!! Responsible for planning and executing all of our Community Activities (Events, Workshops, Tours etc) to ensure that they meet the needs of our Community, as well as connecting people together and helping them to get the most from their Tribal experience. A real people person, you thrive when you are helping people, building connections and being a ‘matchmaker’.
Content Creator
Our chief storyteller, responsible for creating unique and engaging content to communicate the story of Tribal and the story of our Community to the world. Your passions will be videography and photography, with a bit of graphics thrown in too, but your main goal in life is to create high-quality, memorable content regardless of the media used.
Social Media Specialist
Our face (and voice) to the world! We don’t just want a ‘pretty’ social media feed(s), we want fully-aligned platforms which are highly strategic and managed with intent, in order to get our message out to whoever needs to hear it. This is about more than chasing likes and followers, this is about delivering meaningful results for our Community and for our Business. If you’re a frustrated creative, bored of chasing the latest viral trends and you want to make an actual difference through your work – we are here waiting for you!!!
General Requirements:
- Significant (more than 2 years) experience in a relevant Role.
- Prior experience of Coworking, Digital Nomads, Remote Work or Freelancing is a must.
- Tribal is a small, start-up Company so you must be a self-starter, able to work independently.
- Creative and outgoing, comfortable dealing with International Guests.
- Ready to take on a new creative challenge, as part of a new creative Team.
- Must be an Indonesian Citizen (KTP & NPWP Holder).
Salary will be competitive, based on prior experience.
