- Sous Chef/Head Chef.
- Commis Chef.
General Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with specific years of experience varying based on the position’s level (e.g., entry-level, mid-level, or senior roles).
- Experienced within the 4/5-star hotel industry, with a proven track record.
- Familiar with the VHP system.
- Proven culinary expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. (1)
- Excellent maintaining cleanliness, following food safety guidelines, and supporting the team in cooking and plating dishes efficiently. (2)
