- Customer- service focus, excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Great enthusiastic attitude, warm personality, and good grooming
- Good leadership, high self-motivation and capacity to work under pressure
- Independent and team player in small team, prepared to multi-skill
- Domicile within 45 minutes from villas
- Experience in a similar position or in a premium hotel but looking to go to the next level.
