Requirements:
- Proven experience minimum 3 (three) years in same position
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with overall business objective, deep understand of the industry and market trends (1)
- Comprehensive understanding of housekeeping operations, excellent leadership, strong knowledge of standards, regulation quality control (2)
- Analytical mindset for evaluating sales data, strategic thinking, analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities (3)
- Proficiency in a wide range of culinary skills, strong leadership and management skills, ability to keep up with industry trends (4)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving high levels of guest satisfaction (5)
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices, Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities (6)
- Experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Effective communication skills (7)
- Have expertise in both mechanical and electrical engineering, with the ability to contribute to the development, and implementation of complex projects (8)
- In-depth knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies (9)
- Familiar with security protocols and procedures, attention to detail and fluent in English (10)
- Good personality, positive attitude, highly motivated and team player
