The successful candidates are entrusted as pre-opening team for a brand new 28 luxury private pool villas. The Resort features; lobby, restaurant, infinity heated pool, spa and yoga pavilion, situated on the mystical Ayung River and stunning rainforest views Payangan – Ubud.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in opening and managing high-end properties. They will responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pre-opening process, from recruitment and training to budgeting and logistic.

Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same position
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Outstanding team management skill
- Demonstrate ability attention to details
- Excellent problem solving
- Ability to work Independently and Interdependently
