- Highly computer literate (XERO accounting system (1)
- Supplier negotiation skills (1)
- Experience Refinance (1)
- Bank covenant and finance experience (1)
- Experience Senior management role (1)
- Good finance analytical, budgeting, financial report analysis (1)
- Experience Electrical, Plumbing, Civil and Maintenance AC (2)
- Status in single (2)
- Good in English both written and spoken (1,2)
- Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance (1,2)
- Hard working and able to work efficiently under pressure (1,2)
- Well organized and able to work independently (1,2)
- Positive thinking with a “can-do” attitude (1,2)
