Job Title :
- Hotel Operational Manager
- Junior Engineering (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily hotel operations (1)
- Manage and support hotel staff (1)
- Ensure guests have a great experience (1)
- Handle guest complaints quickly (1)
- Report to senior management (1)
- Helps the senior engineering and operational team in technical maintenance & problems (2)
Requirements :
- Experience working in hotel operations (1)
- Good leadership and communication skills (1)
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (1)
- Problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure (1)
- Degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus (1)
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends (1)
- Understand electrical, Aircond and civil is a plus (2)
