Navya Villas, is a luxury villa with a tropical style concept and a serene retreat located in the heart of Umalas, Bali, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Housekeeping (Room Attendant) Staff. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our guests
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare and maintain guest rooms according to villa standards, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests.
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they receive prompt and attentive service throughout their stay.
- Deliver high-quality service to guests, including taking and serving orders for food and beverages with precision and care.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly report any issues to the villa manager for resolution.
- Assume responsibility for guest service in the absence of the villa manager, ensuring continuity of service and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with all cleaning tasks within the villa and its surroundings, maintaining a clean and orderly environment at all times.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same position.
- Ability to communicate in English
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Learn quickly and safety minded
- Has a positive attitude, passionate, professional with a dynamic personality
