We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to fill the position below:

SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy Development:

  • Design and implement innovative social media strategies that align with Ulu Cliffhouse brand identity, marketing objectives, and position as a world-class luxury destination.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging, on-brand content tailored to each platform. Write compelling captions and social copy that resonate with our upscale, international audience and reflect current luxury lifestyle trends.
  • Skilled and familiar in visual storytelling, video production/editing, Canva or Adobe Suite.

Community Engagement:

  • Monitor all platforms for audience interaction. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to cultivate a strong online community and positive brand sentiment.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer to ensure all visuals and messaging maintain brand consistency and meet high aesthetic standards.

Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze content and campaign performance across platforms. Use insights and analytics to optimize content, engagement, and drive follower growth.

Reporting:

  • Prepare detailed monthly reports highlighting key metrics, campaign performance, audience insights, and recommendations for future strategy. Include personal key learnings and takeaways each month.

Event & Weekend Coverage:

  • Be available to cover live events and key activities on weekends, ensuring real-time content delivery and engagement.

Team Culture:

  • Bring positive energy to the team. Be fast, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellence in every post.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in social media (at least 2 in hospitality/lifestyle)
  • Strong portfolio of digital campaigns and content management
  • Fluent in English with excellent writing and communication skills
  • Highly creative with strong aesthetic judgment (especially for visual brands)
  • Experience working in cross-cultural environments or in luxury destinations
  • Proficient in Meta Suite, Canva/Adobe, email marketing tools, and analytics
  • Energetic, confident, socially aware, and guest-focused
