We are looking for a reservation admin to answer inquiries and assist our customers with their bookings.
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Able to do a shift work
- Proficient in English Language
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-service experience.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in microsoft office suite and Google drive tools
- Able to work in a rapid pace environment
- Advantages:
- C1 or C2 English Language certification or any equivalent English language certification (TOEFL, etc…)
- Experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries.
- Experience in OTA platforms, basic knowledge of booking procedures and softwares
Reservation Agent Responsibilities:
- answering messages on OTA platforms
- answering messages on all platforms we use with our customers/guests
- managing reservation requests on OTA platforms
- arranging all reservation related activities and services
- Administration of all reservation related information
- assisting the property managers to accommodate customers requests
- Making reservations, keeping track of all customers inquiries
- Communicating with our partners and to ensure that all customers request and reservations are on track
- Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
- Helping to plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.
- Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
- Selling and promoting reservation services
- Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
- Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
