General Qualifications :
- Male/Female
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record in driving F&B and event sales performance
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, event planning, and F&B operations
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Target-oriented with a strategic mindset and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and a positive, service-driven attitude
- Ability to lead and inspire a team while working under pressure
- Available to join immediately
