Assistant Chief Accounting / Chief Accounting (Staff)

Job Description:

  • Oversee the accounting department’s daily operations
  • Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with local tax regulations
  • Conduct audits and internal controls
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Support and supervise junior accounting staff

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and tax regulations
  • Excellent analytical and leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of integrity
  1. Bookkeeper (Staff)

Job Description:

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  • Update accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports
  • Maintain organized documentation and filing systems

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting or related field
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Accurate)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  1. Cost Control (Staff)

Job Description:

  • Monitor and control hotel operating costs
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and reporting
  • Analyze food & beverage costs and usage
  • Coordinate with kitchen and purchasing department for cost efficiency
  • Prepare cost reports for management

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum D3/S1 in Finance, Accounting, or Hotel Management
  • Experience in cost control or a similar position in hospitality
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  1. Buyer / Purchasing (Daily Worker)

Job Description:

  • Source and purchase goods and services for hotel operations
  • Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of products
  • Keep purchasing records and update databases

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SMK/D3 in relevant field
  • Previous experience in purchasing is an advantage
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with purchasing software preferred
  1. Cook (Daily Worker)

Job Description:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas
  • Maintain inventory and assist in stock rotation
  • Work closely with kitchen team to ensure timely service
  • Follow safety and sanitation standards

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as cook in hotel/restaurant kitchen
  • Knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques

  • Willing to work shifts and on weekends/holidays
  1. Waiter (Daily Worker)

Job Description:

  • Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner

  • Maintain cleanliness of dining area
  • Handle guest complaints or requests efficiently

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SMK or equivalent education
  • Previous F&B service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused and proactive
  • Good personal grooming and hygiene
