We are currently seeking the key position:
- Sales Executive (Bali Based)
- Human Resources Executive (Nusa Penida Based)
- Executive Housekeeper (Nusa Penida Based)
- Accounting Staff (Nusa Penida Based)
- Front Office Trainee (Nusa Penida Based)
General Requirements for Sales Executive:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the tourism industry, specifically as a Sales Executive in inbound or outbound travel agencies.
- Minimum Diploma in Tourism, Management, or related field.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (Both Verbal and Written). Additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, and Russian are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to operate VHP.
- Proactive, initiative-driven, and able to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
- Understanding of market trends and demands in the inbound travel industry.
- Knowledge of tourism destinations in Bali and surrounding areas.
- Results-oriented with a focus on sales growth.
- Positive attitude, disciplined, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to understand and meet the needs of travelers.
- Position based in Bali.
- Willing to go to Nusa Penida for weekly or monthly meetings if needed
General Requirements for HR Executive:
- 1-2 years of proven working experience.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor regulations, and HR policies.
- Excellent understanding of human resources principles and practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Creative and innovative.
- Placement in Nusa Penida Island, Klungkung
- Able to join immediately.
General Requirements for Executive Housekeeper:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in housekeeping management in a hotel or related industry.
- Ability to lead and manage a housekeeping team
- Excellent communication skills with staff and guests
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort
- Knowledge of housekeeping management systems
- Inventory management and supply chain skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Able to join immediately
- Placement in Nusa Penida, Klungkung.
General Requirements For Accounting Staff:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in an accounting department
- Input Journal daily
- Assist Purchasing in managing PR, PO, and store requisitions, Transfer Form inventory
- Managing petty cash and petty cash journal
- Making a Request Payment with CA
- Assist Purchasing in picking up the purchased item if necessary
- Able to join immediately
- Placement in Nusa Penida, Klungkung.
