At the moment Aman Villas at Nusa Dua is looking for a:

JUNIOR SOUS CHEF

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures compliance with FSMS (Food Safety Management System) protocols.
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, providing clear direction, mentorship, and training.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of all meals, ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation are always at their highest.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ensuring sufficient supplies of fresh ingredients while minimizing waste.
  • Control food costs by managing portion sizes, reducing wastage, and ensuring efficient use of ingredients without compromising food quality.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the same position.
  • Excellent communication skill, detail oriented, strong leadership skill.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good personality, positive attitude.
  • Able to join immediately.
