At the moment Aman Villas at Nusa Dua is looking for a:
JUNIOR SOUS CHEF
Responsibilities:
- Ensures compliance with FSMS (Food Safety Management System) protocols.
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, providing clear direction, mentorship, and training.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of all meals, ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation are always at their highest.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ensuring sufficient supplies of fresh ingredients while minimizing waste.
- Control food costs by managing portion sizes, reducing wastage, and ensuring efficient use of ingredients without compromising food quality.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position.
- Excellent communication skill, detail oriented, strong leadership skill.
- Fluent in English.
- Good personality, positive attitude.
- Able to join immediately.
