Buahan, a Banyan Tree Escape is currently looking for passionate, dynamic, and positive-minded individuals to learn and develop with our new property at Buahan, Payangan, Gianyar for the following position.

  1. Culinary Curator/Executive Chef
  2. Assistant Director of Marketing
  3. Senior Sales Manager
  4. HR & Learning Manager
  5. HR & Learning Supervisor

Requirements:

  1. Culinary Curator/Executive Chef
  • Excellent knowledge of culinary ingredients and practices.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in fine dining, farm to table and/or high-end Restaurant or hotel.
  • Possess a great skill and knowledge of organic farming
  • Demonstrated culinary flair, sophisticated palate, and knowledge of current culinary trends required.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to develop programs and lead initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational and the ability to work effectively with service oriented style
  1. Assistant Director of Marketing
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury hospitality marketing.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and PR strategies.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience in market analysis and campaign
  • performance tracking.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication
  • and strategic planning abilities.
  1. Senior Sales Manager
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales.
  • Strong network with high-end travel agencies and corporate clients.
  • Proven track record in revenue growth and strategic sales planning.
  • Understanding of e-commerce and digital sales strategies is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  1. HR & Learning Manager
  • Experience in developing and managing training programs to support employee growth.
  • Able to assess learning needs and implement effective development strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Familiar with labor regulations and HR policy implementation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
  1. HR & Learning Supervisor
  • Experience in supporting or coordinating training programs in a hospitality setting.
  • Able to facilitate basic training sessions and assist with training needs analysis.
  • Familiar with tracking training attendance and preparing training reports.
  • Understanding of HR administration, such as recruitment and employee data.
  • Good communication, organized, and willing to learn and grow in the role.
