Your responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Develop and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals.
  • Create engaging, shareable content (text, images, videos, etc.).
  • Optimize content for various social media platforms.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.

Social Media Management

  • Oversee social media accounts (posting, scheduling, monitoring).
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
  • Analyze performance metrics to enhance engagement.

Brand Management & Reputation

  • Maintain brand identity and voice across platforms.
  • Monitor brand mentions and manage customer feedback.
  • Handle online reputation and address negative feedback effectively.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and implement campaigns to boost awareness, traffic, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance using analytics tools.
  • Generate reports and provide strategic recommendations.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on industry trends.
  • Coordinate with other departments for social media alignment.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns when required.
