Your responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals.
- Create engaging, shareable content (text, images, videos, etc.).
- Optimize content for various social media platforms.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
Social Media Management
- Oversee social media accounts (posting, scheduling, monitoring).
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
- Analyze performance metrics to enhance engagement.
Brand Management & Reputation
- Maintain brand identity and voice across platforms.
- Monitor brand mentions and manage customer feedback.
- Handle online reputation and address negative feedback effectively.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and implement campaigns to boost awareness, traffic, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance using analytics tools.
- Generate reports and provide strategic recommendations.
Additional Responsibilities
- Stay updated on industry trends.
- Coordinate with other departments for social media alignment.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns when required.
