General Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from a Hospitality or related vocational/academic program
- Strong willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic hospitality environment
- Energetic, disciplined, and service-oriented personality
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Able to commit to the full duration of the training program
