THE PAVILIONS BALI, a luxury boutique property in Sanur, is looking at growing its exceptional team.

  • We are hiring for candidates with excellent customer service skills, able to multitask and grow in a dynamic and hands-on work environment.
  • Proven success in a similar role and resort environment mandatory
  • Candidates must be based in Bali and have superior command of English and Bahasa.

ASSISTANT CHIEF ENGINEERING

  • Train and supervise a small engineering team
  • Maintain the physical appearance and operational efficiency of the resort; including A/C, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and civil engineering
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules, policies and records to ensure efficient property operation and establish an energy conservation program
  • Assist Operations Manager in sourcing and coordinating work performed by outside contractors and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with the relevant fire and safety laws, act as a safety & emergency champion

CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same possition
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations in Indonesia.
  • Experience with preparing budgets, forecasting, and cost control measures.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. sun cloud).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to manage financial challenges
  • Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
  • Solid understanding of purchasing including supplier management and cost control.

GUEST SERVICE SUPERVISOR

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same position
  • Exceptional customer service professional acting as primary contact point for all guest
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Background to include Reservations and Front Office
  • In depth knowledge about Bali’s sites and attractions

SOUS CHEF/KITCHEN CHEF

  • A culinary all-rounder with strong leadership skills, able to guide and develop a small team
  • Creative and hands-on individual, proficient in menu creation and presentation
  • Keen eye for detail, maintains highest standards of cleanliness of all working areas
  • Excellent communication and training competencies
  • Passion for good food, local ingredients and a quality customer experience

SECURITY LEADER

  • Lead and train small security team
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Physically fit, able to work day and night shifts
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and support hotel operations as needed
  • Gada Pratama certified preferred

ASSISTANT HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER

  • Minimum two years supervisory experience in Housekeeping department
  • Maintain high levels of room cleanliness and deliver an exceptional in-villa dining experience
  • Comfortable with administering HSK resources and inventory control
  • Butler and/or F&B service experience highly desirable
  • Strong team player with attention to detail, passionate trainer
  • Excellent customer service ambassador
  • Ensure compliance with the relevant fire and safety laws, act as a safety & emergency champion

GARDENER

  • Previous experience as gardener in a resort property
  • Maintain and grow the resort’s natural garden
  • An understanding of landscaping design
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local plants, pests, fertilizers, composting, etc.
