We are looking for a Pre-Opening Villa Manager in Khastana Hadi Resort Ubud.

As a Pre-Opening Villa Manager you will oversee the entire pre-opening phase of our luxury countryside pool villas. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the property is fully functional and maintained to perfection, and setting up systems and procedures to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • 1. Operations Management
    • 1.1. Develop and implement pre-opening plans, schedules, and operational strategies.
    • 1.2. Recruit, train, and onboard key staff members to establish a strong operational team.
    • 1.3. Set up and manage operational systems, procedures, and service standards for seamless villa operations.
    • 1.4. Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • 2. Property Maintenance
    • 2.1. Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, to ensure full functionality.
    • 2.2. Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
    • 2.3. Implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure long-term property upkeep.
    • 2.4. Conduct regular inspections of the villa to identify and address issues promptly.
  • 3. Villa Upkeeping
    • 3.1. Establish housekeeping and groundskeeping standards that reflect a luxury guest experience.
    • 3.2. Coordinate with interior design teams to ensure the villa’s aesthetic aligns with brand expectations.
    • 3.3. Oversee inventory management for furniture, appliances, linens, and other villa essentials.
    • 3.4. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail in every aspect of the property.
  1. What We’re Looking For:
  • 1. Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience managing high-end villas, luxury resorts, or boutique properties, with a strong background in operations and property management.
  • 2. Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for quality, maintenance, and aesthetics to uphold luxury standards.
  • 3. Leadership Skills: Ability to recruit, train, and lead a team with a hands-on approach.
  • 4. Problem Solver: Capable of anticipating issues and resolving them proactively and efficiently.
  • 5. Flexibility & Adaptability: Comfortable with the demands of a pre-opening environment, including managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • 6. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors effectively.
