At the moment Aman Villas at Nusa Dua is looking for a:
COST CONTROL
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze all related costs, especially F&B and operational expenses.
- Conduct regular cost analysis to identify variances and suggest corrective actions.
- Verify and check all purchase requisitions, POs, and receiving reports.
- Prepare monthly cost control reports including food cost %, beverage cost %, usage variance, etc.
- Ensure all expenses and stock movements are recorded accurately in the system.
(Additional)
- Supervise all store activities including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
- Ensure proper documentation and physical verification of all received goods.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records and organize monthly and spot stock counts.
- Generate stock movement and consumption reports as required by management.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Cost Control and/or Storekeeper, preferably in hospitality.
- Good knowledge of inventory control systems and cost monitoring techniques.
- Proficient in MS Excel, familiar with Materials Control (MC) and SUN systems will be advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage items and operational supply is an advantage.
- Honest, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
