OFFICE & FINANCE MANAGER
Location: hu’u Villas, Petitenget, Seminyak – Bali

hu’u Villas is seeking a motivated, honest, and qualified candidate to join our team as Office & Finance Manager.

This is a critical position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office while ensuring the company’s financial transactions are handled efficiently and accurately.  The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking abilities, a strong understanding of finance and office management, and the ability to work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hu’u Group Account & Admin team, ensuring an organized and efficient work environment.
  • Manage financial processes, including invoicing, general ledger maintenance, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and receipts.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial forecasts and budget planning.
  • Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings and financial audits.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records of all financial transactions.
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document all transactions.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and team members as needed.
  • Monitor and ensure proper record-keeping of company licenses, permits, and expiry dates.
  • Address tenant inquiries and feedback promptly, ensuring their concerns are professionally managed.
  • Help improve tenant satisfaction by regularly collecting feedback and implementing solutions.
  • Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and equipment and is properly maintained.
  • Oversee purchases and ensure cost-saving measures and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Local candidates, aged between 30-45 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in office management or finance-related roles.
  • Proven experience in office administration, finance, accounting, and taxation.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and taxation standards.
  • Experience in managing budgets and financial reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented attitude, self-motivation, and a creative problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, mentor, and set a positive example for staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
