OFFICE & FINANCE MANAGER
Location: hu’u Villas, Petitenget, Seminyak – Bali
hu’u Villas is seeking a motivated, honest, and qualified candidate to join our team as Office & Finance Manager.
This is a critical position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office while ensuring the company’s financial transactions are handled efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking abilities, a strong understanding of finance and office management, and the ability to work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hu’u Group Account & Admin team, ensuring an organized and efficient work environment.
- Manage financial processes, including invoicing, general ledger maintenance, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and receipts.
- Assist with the preparation of financial forecasts and budget planning.
- Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings and financial audits.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records of all financial transactions.
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document all transactions.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and team members as needed.
- Monitor and ensure proper record-keeping of company licenses, permits, and expiry dates.
- Address tenant inquiries and feedback promptly, ensuring their concerns are professionally managed.
- Help improve tenant satisfaction by regularly collecting feedback and implementing solutions.
- Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and equipment and is properly maintained.
- Oversee purchases and ensure cost-saving measures and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Local candidates, aged between 30-45 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in office management or finance-related roles.
- Proven experience in office administration, finance, accounting, and taxation.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and taxation standards.
- Experience in managing budgets and financial reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented attitude, self-motivation, and a creative problem-solving approach.
- Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, mentor, and set a positive example for staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
