HHRMA Hotel Bali – Villa Reina
Villa Reina is a private 3 bedrooms villa in Umalas managed by Secluded Bali Villas (SBV). We are seeking an experienced and dynamic VILLA SUPERVISOR or VILLA MANAGER to oversee operations at Villa Reina. This role is ideal for a motivated and loyal individual with a background in villa or hotel management.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional guest service by overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the guest experience, from pre-arrival planning to departure, including special requests and needs.
- Oversee daily operations, maintain high standards of villa presentation and guest satisfaction, quickly address and resolve any issues.
- Oversee procurement and inventory control, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available and in excellent condition.
- Maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas, including the entire interior and exterior of the villa, according to villa and guest standards, and preparing and producing food to meet guest’s needs.
Requirements:
- Preferably the distance from the residence to the villa should be around 15 to 20 minutes.
- Have a minimum 2 years of experience.
- Proven experience in villa or hotel management.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Good skill on smartphone and administration.
- Eye for detail, able to spot and improve issues.
- Strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively deal with guests, staff, and vendors.
- Active, adaptable, good teamwork, pleasant personality.
