Qualifications :
- Able to develop and implement departmental strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage the department budget and ensure efficient use of resources
- Supervise and manage the performance of the work team
- Build and maintain good relationships with other departments and external parties
- Evaluate department performance and identify areas of improvement
- Take strategic decisions to increase department efficiency and productivity
- Resolve problems and conflicts that may arise within the department
- Develop and implement training and development programs for team members
