We are currently looking for a potential candidate to join our team as :
Guest Service Agent (GSA)
Responsibilities :
- Welcome guests & handle check-in/out;
- Answer inquiries & address guest concerns;
- Manage reservations & room assignments;
- Process payments & maintain accurate records;
- Support other departments & ensure security;
- Promote hotel services & maintain a positive image.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Marketing, or Communication;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Service Agent (GSA) or Front Office Receptionist, preferably in the hospitality industry;
- Exceptional customer service skills and active listener;
- Has good personality, attitude, discipline and neat appearance;
- Highly organized and able to work with a system in following up with customer from quotation to final payments;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in English and Bahasa;
- Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking;
- Familiar with VHP system;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Able to join immediately;
- Based in Bali.
E-Commerce / Reservation
Responsibilities :
- Manage our online distribution channels, including OTAs and our website;
- Optimize website content and SEO to improve search engine rankings;
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns;
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and booking data;
- Manage online reputation and customer reviews;
- Handling all incoming reservations via email, phone and online booking platforms;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Marketing, or Communication;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an e-commerce role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C e-commerce
- Proficiency in using channel management systems like STAAH
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized

Human Resource (Daily Worker)
Responsibilities :
- Assisting with the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires;
- Maintaining employee records and files;
- Assisting with payroll processing;
- Coordinating training and development programs;
- Providing general administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Human Resource role;
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Management or similar field, or equivalent work experience and education;
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and analytical skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Strong moral and ethical conduct keeping in line with HR best practices;
- Strong leadership and administrative management skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Has good personality, attitude, discipline and neat appearance;
- Fluent in English and Bahasa;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Able to join immediately;
- Based in Bali.
Engineering (Daily Worker)
Responsibilities :
- Assisting with general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical dan HVAC systems;
- Conducting routine inspections and repairs of Hotel and Restaurant facilities;
- Responding to guest requests and maintenance issues in a timely manner;
- Supporting the team in ensuring the smooth operation of all Hotel & Restaurant equipment.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Mechanical, Engineering and Plumbing (MEP) role;
- Minimum diploma or above in similar field, or equivalent work experience and education;
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and analytical skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Strong moral and ethical conduct keeping in line with HR best practices;
- Strong leadership and administrative management skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Has good personality, attitude, discipline and neat appearance;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Able to join immediately;
- Based in Bali.
