Requirements:
- Proven experience in guest relations or a similar customer service role.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused and friendly
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
- Local knowledge an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Must be an Indonesian resident
