We are currently looking for talented and motivated candidate for following position:
- Personal Assistant to General Manager
- Front Office Host – Daily Worker
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. (1)
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. (2) - Experience: Several years of experience in administrative or personal assistant roles. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). (1)
Previous experience in a related field is considered advantageous. (2)
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interactions and team collaboration. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and keen attention to detail. (1) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to interact with guests or colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner. (2)
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and be ready to perform daily tasks efficiently. (1,2)
- Familiarity: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace) and familiar with other office software and tools. (1)
- Time Management: Efficient management of schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. (1)
