We are currently looking for a potential candidate to join our team as :
Guest Service Agent (GSA) Supervisor
Responsibilities :
- Welcome guests & handle check-in/out;
- Answer inquiries & address guest concerns;
- Manage reservations & room assignments;
- Process payments & maintain accurate records;
- Support other departments & ensure security;
- Promote hotel services & maintain a positive image.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Marketing, or Communication;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Service Agent (GSA) or Front Office Receptionist, preferably in the hospitality industry;
- Exceptional customer service skills and active listener;
- Has good personality, attitude, discipline and neat appearance;
- Highly organized and able to work with a system in following up with customer from quotation to final payments;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in English and Bahasa;
- Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking;
- Familiar with VHP system;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Able to join immediately;
- Based in Bali.
Waitress / Waiter
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression upon arrival;
- Effectively communicate with guests to ascertain their food and beverage preferences;
- Accurately take and transmit food and beverage orders;
- Deliver food and beverages to guests’ tables in a timely and courteous manner;
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards;
- Proactively address guests’ needs and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service;
- Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize service delivery and ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related position, background in the hospitality or F&B domain is preferred;
- Good communication skills, good personality and discipline;
- Fluent in English and Bahasa;
- Neat personal appearance and a high level of personal hygiene;
- Ability to cope with the physical demands of the job;
- Familiar with EDC machine;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Able to join immediately;
- Based in Bali.
Engineering Daily Worker
Responbility
- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify issues and provide effective solutions.
- Preventive Maintenance: Knowledge of maintaining hotel infrastructure before problems arise.
- Safety Standards: Familiarity with health and safety regulations, particularly concerning the safety of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Communication Skills: Interaction with hotel management, guests, and staff requires clear communication, especially when resolving issues that might affect the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Certification in Engineering or Related Fields: Many roles require certifications or degrees in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in Hospitality: Experience in hotel settings can be a plus, as it requires knowledge of the specific challenges hotels face.
- Licenses: Depending on the region and role, certain positions (like electricians or plumbers) may require professional licenses.
E-commerce / Reservation
Responbility
- Oversee the hotel’s online sales channels (website, OTAs, booking engines).
- Develop strategies to increase direct bookings and minimize dependency on third-party platforms.
- Manage the hotel’s digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
- Monitor and analyze online booking trends, customer behaviors, and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve online visibility and drive revenue
Qualifications
- Experience with online booking systems and channel management tools (e.g., Sabre, RMS, SiteMinder).
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce trends in the hospitality industry.
- Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and data analytics.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Purchasing Supervisor
Responbility
- Oversee the purchase of all goods and services required by the hotel (e.g., food, beverages, linens, cleaning supplies, equipment).
- Ensure that all purchasing processes comply with hotel policies and industry standards.
- Source suppliers and negotiate contracts to obtain the best prices and quality.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any supply chain issues or delays.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Proven experience in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and controlling inventory.
