Requirements :
- Minimun 5 years experience as Manager in a luxury villa / resort
- Excellent communication skills ( verbal and written )
- Pro active / problem solving /diligent
- Stong Operations and F& B background
- Able to train and develop staff
RESERVATION SUPERVISOR (to be placed at Head Office)
Requirements :
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and engage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales orientated with knowledge of sales technique.
- Minimum 3 years experiences in the same field.
RESERVATION AGENT (to be placed at Head Office)
Requirements:
- Strong sales backgroung and target oriented
- Excellent English – written and spoken.
- Fast Learner.
- Strong communication skills.
- Enjoy interaction with customers.
VILLA AREA MANAGER (to be placed at Head Office)
Requirements :
- Excellent command of English (Oral and Written)
- Minimum 3 years experience as Area/ Operational Manager
- Background in Operations and F&B whithn luxury resorts /private villas
- Time management skills
- Strong organizational skills & planning
- Attention to Detail
- Problem solving attitude
- Experience in setting up budgets and cost control
