Villa Engineering
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Have a minimum 3 year experience in similar position
- Preferably have a good knowledge in all Engineering skills such as MEP, Civil, Pool, etc.
- Good understanding in Villa / Resort operational work flow
- English would be preferable
- Open minded and can work in a team
Butler
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Meet guests when they arrive and getting them settled in their rooms
- Provide a polite and professional point of contact for the guest and be thoroughly familiar with the services and facilities of the Villa.
- Assist with all cleaning duties throughout the Villa and its surrounds.
- Assist with general cleaning duties when the Villa has no guests, and as requested
- Make up Guest rooms as per the Villa Standard Operating Procedure.
- Provide high quality service to guests including the taking of orders for food and beverage and participate in the up selling of the Villa’s food and beverage service.
- Deal with guest complaints and promptly report any problems to the Guest Service / Estate Manager
- Act as a person in charge during the absence of the Villa Manager in term of provides service to the guest
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time by the GM / EM or Supervisor on Duty.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Hospitality study background are preferable.Well groomed and discipline
- An enthusiastic, self-motivated, good team player and good personality
- Min 1 years of experience in the same position
- Abilities to communicate in English
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work as a team as well as individual
