Basic requirements:
- Should have minimum 1-2 year of experiences in the same role or 2-3 year of experiences as an HR Admin
- Good understanding about UU Tenaga Kerja No. 13 Tahun 2003
- Advanced skills in administration & documentation
- Good understanding about how to handle employee attendance, payroll, compensation & benefit
- The ability to communicate well
- Detail oriented
- Highly responsible and reliable
