- FBS (Food & Beverage Service)
General Qualification for Front Office:
- Have an experience 1-2 years in similar position
- Fluent in English
- Excellent customer service
- Able to work with the hotel reservation system
- Computer literated
- Good personality, excellent communication
General Qualification for FB Service:
- Have an experience 1-2 years in similar position
- Fluent in English
- Well experienced in POS system
- Excellent customer service
- Understand day to day F&B operations
