Front Office Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the front desk operations and staff.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing efficient and friendly service.
- Handle guest complaints and requests in a professional manner.
- Train and mentor front office staff.
- Monitor and manage room availability.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front office role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems.
Housekeeping
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas.
- Change linens and towels.
- Restock amenities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects.
Senior Cooks
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies.
Qualifications:
- Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or hotel
- Culinary degree or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Waitress
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests.
- Take food and drink orders.
- Serve meals and beverages.
- Answer questions and provide recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a waitress or waiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
