We are offering an opportunity for energetic, loyal and honest young people to join our team for the following vacancies:
- Accountant
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Has 2 years of experiences with accounting Hotel including software and data entry
- Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets and know how to build balance sheet, PNL, tax plan report
- Ability to work independently
- Analytical skills and Familiar with industry’s best practices
- Ability to work in a team or individual.
- English speaking applicants will be preferred
- Smart, charming, friendly and having sense of customer service
- Ability to join as soon as possible
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
- Completing analysis of the employee expenditures
- Managing income and expenditure accounts
- Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data
- Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status
- Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
- Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
- Order suppliers to stock inventory appropriately
- Prepare payroll and perform as HR admin for employee
2.Front Desk Agent (Daily Worker)
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of proven experience working as Front Desk or in a similar role
- Attention to details and the ability to multitask
- Able to work in a team or individual
- English speaking applicants will be preferred
- Able to join immediately
Responsibilities:
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Confirm group reservations for yoga retreat and arrange personalized services for them like tour package and sightseeing activities
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
