Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field. (1,2)
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. (3)
- Experience:
- Proven experience in related field. Preferably in a cluster or multi-property setting. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). (1,2)
- Previous experience in a related field is considered advantageous. (3)
- Communication:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions and team collaboration. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and keen attention to detail. (1,2)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to interact with guests or colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner. (3)
- Adaptability:
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting strategies to meet changing market conditions. (1,2)
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and be ready to perform daily tasks efficiently. (3)
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. (1,2)
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, market trends, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions. Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights. (1,2)
- Familiarity: Familiar with digital marketing trends and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, and analytics. (1,2)
