Operational Manager
Job Description:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel and villas, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest relations.
- Ensure a high standard of luxury service and personalized guest experience across all departments.
- Supervise and implement operational SOPs to maintain efficiency and service excellence.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs, requests, and complaints.
- Lead and develop a high-performing, service-oriented operational team.
- Maintain the quality of semi-outdoor areas such as open-air lobbies, private pool villas, and lounge spaces.
- Collaborate closely with upper management on strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in luxury hotels or villas, especially with semi-outdoor concepts.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with PMS and hotel operational systems.
- Detail-oriented, professional, and committed to guest satisfaction.
- Understanding of sustainable and eco-luxury hospitality is an advantage.
- Willing to reside in or be mobile around the Canggu area.
