Mira Hotel & Recovery is a pre-opening luxury boutique hotel which is locates Bingin Area, Pecatu, Badung. We Are currently seeking high-talented and motivated individuals to join our teams infollowing establishments :

  1. Operational Manager

Job Description:

As Operational Manager, you will lead the daily operations of the hotel, including the management of 12 boutique rooms, wellness facilities (jacuzzi, ice bath, sauna), restaurant, and guest services. You are responsible for ensuring all departments run harmoniously according to luxury boutique hotel standards

Main Duties:

  1. Oversee the performance of Housekeeping, Front Office, Restaurant, Engineering and Security teams
  2. Ensure wellness facilities (jacuzzi, sauna, ice bath) and restaurant are operating optimally.
  3. Manage operational budget and improve efficiency without compromising service quality.
  4. Collaborate with Head Chef to ensure the culinary experience in the restaurant is in line with the concept of Mira Hotel & Recovery.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a hotel/resort operations position, priority in a boutique or small-exclusive property.
  2. Understanding of wellness and F&B (restaurant) facility management.
  3. Strong leadership, multidepartmental communication, and problem-solving skills.
  1. Front Office Manager

Job Description:

You will be the first face of Mira Hotel & Recovery! As Front Office Manager, your job will be to ensure guests feel prioritized from check-in to check-out, including recommending wellness facilities, ensuring the culinary experience at our restaurants and assisting with upselling.

Main Duties:

  1. Manage reservations, check-in/check-out, and handling of guests’ special requests.
  2. Promote wellness packages (sauna session, ice bath, jacuzzi) and healthy menu in the restaurant.
  3. Train Front Office team to provide friendly, responsive and detail-oriented service.
  4. Coordinate with the operations manager and restaurant departments to ensure all guest needs are met.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 3 years of experience as Front Office Supervisor/Manager in a hotel/resort.
  2. Proficient in English + local language; multilingual ability is a plus.
  3. Proficient in reservation system (e.g., Opera, Power Pro) and OTA knowledge.
  4. Warm personality, communicative, and able to build good relationship with guests.
  1. Duty Engineer

Job Description:

As a Duty Engineer, you are responsible for the smooth running of the hotel’s technical operations, including maintenance of wellness facilities (jacuzzi, sauna, ice bath), restaurants, room systems and public utilities.

Main Duties:

Perform routine maintenance and repair of facilities:

  1. Water and heating system for jacuzzi and ice bath.
  2. Restaurant kitchen equipment and electrical installations / Solar Panels
  3. HVAC, plumbing, and hotel security systems.
  4. Handle technical emergencies (e.g. electrical faults, leaks).
  5. Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 2 years of experience as a technician in hotel/restaurant/hospitality property.
  2. Understanding of mechanical-electrical systems, jacuzzi/sauna maintenance, restaurant kitchen equipment, solar panels and RO System
  3. Engineering certification (e.g., HVAC, electrical) is a plus.
  4. Ready to work shift (morning/night) and on-call.
