At the moment Amankila, Karangasem is looking for qualified candidate for:
Pastry Chef
You will be working under F&B Culinary Department, responsible to Leading the team and ensure them to live within AMAN ambition, purpose, pillar & values. Develops attractive menus and create standard recipe cards, with pictorials according to the Executive Chef policy. Ensure the Bakery and Pastry Kitchen is managed efficiently and Resort Policies and procedures. Produces and checks cooking and presentation of pastry and bakery items.
Candidates should possess the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel of similar standard in similar capacity
- Profound Pastry & Bakery menu skills
- Creative and outgoing personality with excellent communication and leadership skills
- Value-driven and choose to belong to a value-based brand. Respect and adhere to AMANs ethical standards, and adaption to the cultural sensitivities of the unique location of Amankila where we live and work
- Pleasing and outgoing personality
- Analytical, well-organized with an aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking
