We’re looking for a qualified candidate to fill up the vacant position of:
Guest Relations Manager
Job description:
- Responsible for the overall villa’s operation and guest experience.
- Working collaboratively and overseeing all the staff to ensure a high standard of services.
- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and proper facilities, working on improvements of villa conditions.
- Maintaining good relationship with wedding organizers, event organizers and local authorities.
- Preparing, executing, and analyzing the budget.
- Organizing guests’ daily activities.
- Reporting and keeping close communication with owners.
General Qualification:
- Having a bachelor’s degree in tourism management or related field.
- Having leadership and interpersonal skill.
- Having general knowledge of all sections of the hospitality business.
- Having Financial Control knowledge.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
