HHRMA Hotel Bali – The Bohemian Bali
The Bohemian Bali is a boutique hotel situated in the heart of Batu Bolong, Canggu. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join us as the Operational Hotel Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the hotel’s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.
- Implement and maintain the hotel’s operational standards and service protocols, guaranteeing exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff schedules, performance, and development, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize workflows, address operational challenges, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, room revenue, guest feedback, and employee engagement, identifying areas for improvement and driving profitability.
- Manage the property’s budget, controlling costs and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and securing advantageous deals.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Proactively identify and resolve guest concerns, exceeding expectations and fostering positive relationships.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and increase brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a boutique or luxury setting.
- Proven track record of success in managing and motivating teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in hospitality software systems and financial management tools.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
- Indonesian nationality is required.
