  1. Job Title: Corporate CDP Bakery

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate CDP Bakery to manage and oversee the bakery production for our portfolio of 6 hotel units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring efficient operations, and fostering innovation in bakery production across all locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and standardize bakery recipes, ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all hotel units.
  • Oversee and coordinate the production of bakery items, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts, adhering to specified recipes and standards.
  • Train, supervise, and mentor bakery teams at each hotel unit, ensuring adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders for bakery supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize freshness.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and F&B teams to create seasonal menus, promotions, and special offerings featuring bakery items.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality assessments to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and innovations in bakery production, recommending improvements or new methods as appropriate.
  • Analyze production costs, identify cost-saving measures, and contribute to budget planning for bakery operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience for at least 2 years as a CDP bakery or similar role in a high-volume food production environment, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of bakery techniques, equipment, and ingredients.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to oversee multiple locations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality bakery products.
  • Certification from a culinary school or relevant field is preferred.
  1. Job Title: Guest Service Attendant

Qualifications:

  • Minimum a six month of experience in the same position (Hotel background is preferred).
  • Minimum education is Diploma 1.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal & written skills.
  • Being able to operate VHP is preferred.
  • Patient, humble, genuine, good personality and appearance.
  • Excellent team spirit, attentiveness and patience for customers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to join immediately.
