- Head Baker
- Previous leadership experience in a Bakery production required
- Good knowledge of kitchen administration and operations
- Strong communication, time and resource management, planning skills
- Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
- Food handling/sanitation certification required
- Engineering Supervisor
- Diploma Level 3 from relevant field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years experience preferred in a similar position, preferably at a luxury hotel, resort and villa.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English, additional language(s) an advantage.
- Computer literate and proficient with standard office and related villa management system software.
- Strong leadership, tactical skills, results oriented and a problem solver.
- Waiter/Waitress (Daily Worker)
- Graduate of hotel vocational school or relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience of one year as Restaurant Waiter or similar position preferably at a luxury hotel or resort.
- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English, additional language(s) an advantage.
- Computer literate and proficient with Point of Sales, preferably Micros.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant administration and operations.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage products and services, procedures, alcohol policies and laws.
